According to Ayurveda, we are a part of Nature and as a result, are affected by the seasonal cycles. You can learn to take better care of yourself and stay in harmony with the Nature by adjusting the diet and lifestyle as you move through the seasons.

You will learn how to stay healthy and appreciate the gifts of the winter season using simple recipes and self-care daily routines.

We are going to explore yoga poses, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques to keep you balanced during these darker and cooler months of the year.
